Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By using Sniplinks you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
Sniplinks is a free, stateless URL shortening tool. It encodes a destination URL into a short link using URL-safe Base64. There is no account system, no analytics, and no server-side storage of links.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Sniplinks to create links that:
- Distribute malware, phishing pages, or other harmful content.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Harass, threaten, or defame any person or group.
4. User responsibility
You are solely responsible for the destinations you encode and the links you share. Because Sniplinks is stateless, we cannot disable or take down individual short links — they decode purely client-side. We do not endorse, review, or guarantee the safety of any destination URL.
5. Disclaimer
Sniplinks is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use of the service is at your own risk.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sniplinks and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including damages arising from following links generated by the service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Sniplinks after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
